Moulay Abdellah Amghar is located 9 kilometers away from the Al-Jadida city in the direction of Safi across the beach. The Tomb Moulay Abdellah Amghar is situated by the Atlantic waters. It is also known to many historians as Ain-Alfitr or Tit. Many Historians disagree on the date of the establishment of this place. Abdel-Azim Alasmori due establishment of Tit to the Islamic period, while Hassan Wazzani argues that Africans built the city on the ocean as evidenced by excavations that indicate the date of establishment of the village dates back to the age of Phoenician at least, recalling that several Berber tribes settled the village Tit including Sanhaja.
Moulay Abdellah season is one of the most important religious and cultural events at the national level. The Moulay Abdellah Amghar season is organized usually in July and activities can last for days, more than 500,000 visitors enjoy concerts, games, intellectual debates...
